Spring is the season of new beginnings and growth. In this two-day training we will integrate teachings from the Medicine Wheel to assess balance and direction in our life. We will examine stress, fatigue and dis-ease from an Indigenous healing perspective. We will integrate elements from the natural World, gifts from Mother Earth to help cleanse and strengthen our mind, body and spirit.

Day 1:

10:00 am Morning Meditation and Opening Circle

11 am Ancestral Nutrition, teas and plant medicines workshop

1:00 pm Goal-setting Workshop with teachings of the Medicine Wheel

2:30 pm Restorative Yoga workshop + practice

4:00 Closing Circle and Gratitude Ceremony
