JOIN US FOR A MEN'S PIPE CEREMONY WITH DELBERT SAMPSON AT THE NATIVE FRIENDSHIP CENTRE OF MONTREAL ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 17TH, 2016.
The pipe is used to carry our prayers in physical form to the Creator. Smoke from tobacco medicine becomes our words. The roots of the tobacco plant go deep into the earth and its smoke rises high into the sky world.
This Ceremony is dedicated to Residential School Survivors and their families. Priority for participation will be for Residential School Survivors, Intergenerational Survivors and the Urban Native Community of Montreal. If you do not identify with these groups, you are still welcome to attend. If you have any questions, please communicate with the Program Coordinator Jessica@cedarandgold.ca
